With a Father serving as Principal of one of the most successful real estate sales offices on the Gold Coast it was inevitable that Dean would enter the property or finance industry.

In the late 90's Dean followed his brother Scott into a National Investment finance company. Scott advised him that he would either sink or swim. Lucky for Dean he was a good swimmer and he managed to keep his head above the water most of the 6 days a week that the job demanded. With his enthusiasm and right attitude came early rewards, as Dean assisted many people achieve their goals of investment property purchases.

Dean also achieved many awards for Broker of the Month, with the ultimate reward of becoming "National Broker of the year" for 2001 where he was competing against 4 other offices around the country.

In 2002 Dean joined his brother Scott in deciding to venture out on their own as QSA Financial Services to offer more personal service to their clients and over time, implement a one-stop-shop financial services solution which they have since achieved. Dean is an Authorised Representative (No. 297009) with My Adviser Pty Ltd (AFSL 238307)
